While we were in Athens, we got to attend one of The Four Coursemen dinners. It was an amazing experience! Dinners are held in a shotgun house on a quiet residential street off the beaten path. We're greeted with wine and a bright collection of familiar faces. Two long wooden tables span the length of the dining room and we all sit together, like one big happy family. Dinner highlights included apple soup and pan seared quail. Each course was carefully paired with a lovely glass of wine.
